Here at a’Mews we offer a unique blend of modern French and British cuisine; employing classical French techniques and outstanding Australian produce to create innovative and original dishes to delight both the palate and the eye.

Chef Richard Moyser’s approach to cooking is both traditional and irreverent, robust and refined - a talent honed over 20 years as head chef in establishments such as Trezzini's in Mosman, Riverview Hotel Dining Room and Le Kiosk in Manly.

Our diverse selection of international wines is tailored to complement the menu and suit any budget. We also offer an extensive range of fortified wines, liqueurs and spirits.
